clean room pet bed eucalyptus steam room house robes
Melissa and Inder helped me with my dog. The clean room had a pet bed. I enjoyed house robes and a eucalyptus steam room. A sauna was available. The hot tub was great, I appreciate that.
The room layout had odd with two basins outside the shower and toilet room.

the breakfast included was a good perk it offered decent variety and saved some money
the room felt quite cramped it barely accommodated two people the bathroom was especially small the shower pressure was weak and we could hear water running through the walls all night the noise was quite distracting

super clean clean friendly staff perfect location
everything was spotlessly clean. The room was well kept. the staff at the front desk was super friendly and always helpful. the location was perfect, with easy access to both downtown and nearby trails.
The room i had was a little small. It would have been nice to have a bit more space to move around. but this is a minor thing. the stay was superb!

my room included a comfortable queen bed and a modern bathroom. it also had a small seating area with a table and a kettle for making coffee. the air conditioning worked perfectly ensuring a comfortable temperature.

solid stay with a great location
mountain view comfortable bed complimentary breakfast early check
the room had a balcony with mountain views i found the toiletries provided quite good the bed was very comfortable and i slept well the complimentary breakfast offered many options i found it easy to find parking behind the hotel that was included in the price the staff were friendly and helpful they allowed an early check in i found it very convenient
the room i had was close to the elevator i could hear it operating occasionally

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Room Issues
I stayed in a room where the noise from the piping was constant. This was annoying. I noticed the carpet needed a deep clean, because my socks got dirty quickly.

faulty lock limited parking
i found several issues . the bathroom lock was faulty and difficult to open, posing a safety hazard. the breakfast system felt unnecessarily complicated with its single-use card requirement, and the limited parking added to the inconvenience.
